BANYOLES:

 

Banyoles is a town in the country of Pla de l'Estany in Catalonia. It's got a population of about 19,119, and there is not much tourism here.

 

I like Banyoles because it's very pretty, clean and friendly. For tourists there is a very beautiful lake, called the Banyoles lake, the plaça major is a very pretty and clean place too, also there are shops, restaurants and hotels for the tourists. My favourite places in Banyoles are the theatre, the lake and the mayor square.

 

Banyoles is about 20 kilòmetres from Girona. You can go by bus or by car.
